All of our Home Concierge Customers, regardless of level of membership, are eligible to choose a retainer option with their membership.  The desired level of membership is selected and paid for, as well as a fixed amount of money is put on retainer with CHORE Masters.

Just like a lawyer retainer, careful accounts of the current balance and activity are presented to the customer in monthly statements.  Choosing a retainer option allows for a number of additional benefits:
