Founded in December 2008 by Jeff and Heather Jackson, CHORE Masters, LLC provides one-stop property maintenance, management and repair concierge service, which saves time and money for home and commercial property owners by providing hassle free single-source services for its members on a regular and as-needed basis.Members receive a personalized property assessment, single-source account management and billing, expert service from the highest quality professionals in their area, and 24/7 emergency services. 

Headquartered in Austin, TX, CHORE Masters’ unique business model is expanding rapidly and is available for franchising nationwide to qualified candidates.

History

When Jeff Jackson worked as an executive for a technology company, his busy schedule kept him on the road while his list of “honey do” projects at home and routine maintenance kept growing and growing. He began looking for a company, that he could trust, to perform basic home maintenance – things like replacing his AC filters, cleaning his dryer vent, and draining the hot water heater. While he found plenty of handyman businesses that would perform these services, their rates were high, qualifications uncertain, and they did not offer service plans designed to handle these items on a routine basis. Jeff’s entrepreneurial spirit kicked into high gear, and in December 2008, he developed a property maintenance concierge company, now known as CHORE Masters.

 

CHORE Masters offers a true property maintenance concierge service focused on routine property maintenance plans designed to provide recommended “preventive” maintenance for your properties most important systems, qualified service providers, and impeccable customer service by offering membership options. “We have a solution for every need and budget.” The convenience of having these systems maintained on a regular basis, by one company that knows every detail of your home, is only the beginning.

As Jeff was envisioning the CHORE Masters team, employees, service providers, authorized licensed locations; the end goal was to create the best customer experience possible. That meant bringing together people who were experts at home maintenance and repair as well as people from outside the industry who could offer a fresh perspective to these types of services. Adding technology to manage these customers ultimately led to CHORE Masters; a professional team who are using home services expertise, technology, and years of white-collar business experience to change the way people value and maintain their homes.
